Reading to Heal: Using Books as Therapy for Children and Teens

This training will examine the use of children's literature in supporting grieving children, teens, and families.This training illuminates and exemplifies how children’s literature can be used in small group settings to support, engage, and empower children who are grieving. Each suggested resource will incorporate both discussion questions and an intervention that can be used with each book selected.
