From assisting with advanced care directives and funeral arrangements to providing information about palliative and hospice care options, Susan utilizes a holistic approach to end-of-life care to help individuals make informed decisions that align with their values and preferences. She is also equipped with the expertise to provide guidance on physical comfort measures and non-pharmacological pain management techniques. As a certified end-of-life specialist and instructor, Susan helps individuals determine their end-of-life care wishes with compassion and knowledge to help make end-of-life transitions meaningful and peaceful for everyone involved.
