Candice Van Dertholen is a dedicated holistic wellness educator and energy healer with a deep-rooted passion for guiding others through their healing journeys. With a background in health and wellness, she values taking care of the mind, body, and spirit as a whole. Candice is a certified Reiki Master and holds a Sound Healing I certification. Over the past decade, she has immersed herself in the study of holistic health, the interconnectedness of the human experience, and the profound importance of truly living.
She understands the emotional and energetic dimensions of death, loss, and grief. Candice supports clients in understanding the subtle energies that influence both the emotional and physical aspects of these experiences. Her work invites a deeper awareness of how healing can emerge even in life’s most challenging transitions.
As a military spouse and mother of three adult children, Candice brings lived wisdom and heartfelt perspective to her practice. Transitioning often, she understands the importance of support systems and a deeply connected community. She is also a suicide loss survivor (and someone who survived herself), which fuels her passionate advocacy for mental health and suicide prevention. She completed the Blue Star Families’ Support Circles suicide prevention training program and is committed to “Combating the Silence."
Candice currently volunteers as a Chapter Lead with the Military Spouse Chamber of Commerce. A lifelong learner and lover of words, she finds joy in writing and reading books on psychology, social sciences, wellness, and anything sprinkled with humor.
